Rustem Nureev presented his report titled Minimization of Transactional Costs – the Main Prerequisite for International Trade Expansion at the International Conference for Regional Aspect of the Role of Partnership between the State and Private Businesses in Simplification of Trading Procedures (November 23 – 24, 2010, Dushanbe, Tajikistan).

He also gave his lectures titled Is the Russian Economic Miracle Possible? at Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University and at Tajik National University.
