On May 4 – 7, 2009, there was a master class in Development Economics for teachers and professors from Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Bugulma, Almetyevsk, Chistopol, Zelenodolsk, and Novocheboksarsk held at the facilities of the biggest private higher school in Tatarstan – the Institute of Economics, Management and Law in the city of Kazan.
